Resource Manager – Home Working   Part of LSL Property Services plc, Embrace Financial Services are one of the largest Mortgage and Protection advisory businesses in the UK with some 300 Mortgage and Protection Advisors. Embrace are the largest PRIMIS Mortgage Network partner firm in the UK.   Embrace are the business that supply their Mortgage and Protection expertise to hundreds of Estate Agency businesses throughout the UK to include LSL's own network of Estate Agency businesses that include brands such as Reeds Rains, Your Move, Marsh & Parsons, Intercounty, Davis Tate, Intercounty and Hawes & Co.  Embrace also have contracted relationships with numerous other Estate Agency businesses on a national level to include Hunters Estate Agency, Whitegates, Parkers and CJ Hole as their financial services partner.   As we continue to expand the Embrace Mortgage Advisor headcount, the need for an individual to support our Recruitment Team has become necessary hence we are keen to recruit for the newly formed role of Resource Manager - Embrace Financial Services.   The Resource Manager will holistically manage the business processes around sales resource in Embrace Financial Services; work with the management team and Management Information to understand capacity and trends, work with the FS Recruitment Manager to identify talent and source candidates, oversee and develop the pre-onboarding and onboarding processes to ensure an effective process for new joiners to the rapidly growing business.   The role is home based with travel as and when necessary – We will consider candidates from any UK mainland location.   Main Accountabilities :   - Real-Time Capacity Planning - Develop and use MI dashboards to track actual performance in the field - Identify gaps through uncertainty – Mat Leave, LTS, unexpected leavers, over/under branch sales performance - Guide Sales Management in optimising adviser coverage whether in-branch or remote via continuous feedback loop - Own the capacity planning model for EFS to identify current and future resourcing requirements - Make recommendations to area and regional sales management on optimum coverage requirements - Development of the Recruitment Strategy (Profiling candidates and Sources of candidates) - Work closely with the FS Recruitment manager to develop the best approach to attracting high quality candidates - Post initial identification by the Recruitment Manager, progress screening of applications and teeing up candidates and sales management for interview preparation - Develop alternative approaches to recruiting into EFS including apprenticeships, traineeships and graduate schemes - Work as part of the EFS management team to identify issues and opportunities in the recruitment, pre-onboarding and onboarding processes and develop plans to address or leverage these matters - Take ownership of the onboarding processes for new candidates   Skills & experience :   - To have experience in resource management and capacity planning - Some current or previous experience in recruitment - Excellent communication and relationship skills - Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure - Strong; planning, analytical, organisational and administration skills - Ability to work proactively, to plan effective strategy and react in line with changing market Conditions - Ability to challenge and influence others, to contribute professional and technical expertise to effective decision making - Creative and innovative approach, able to ‘think outside the box’ - Analytical approach, able to utilise various data sources to develop plans and guide decision making - Understanding of the Financial Services market; its influences, drivers, and the impact of regulation - Good understanding of equality and diversity within recruitment and selection   Rewards and Benefits :   Salary DOE and negotiable ranging from £40,000 - £48,000 including car allowance plus bonus taking the OTE to between £42,000 and £50,000.   Benefits commensurate of that of a plc business to include Healthcare, Life Cover and access to share based incentives when available.   Applications in confidence to james.mcnee@lslps.co.uk of LSL's internal recruitment function    We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. Mortgage Advisor -  Surbiton, Wimbledon and Raynes Park   PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a highly experienced CAS status Mortgage Advisor to join an ELITE Primis Mortgage Network partner firm as a Mortgage and Protection Advisor in their Mortgage Advisory operation  supporting the strong Hawes & Co estate agency business in their highly successful branches located in Surbiton, Wimbledon and Raynes Park.   The partner firm are the largest Mortgage and Protection partner businesses within the vast PRIMIS Mortgage Network and a business we are proud to be in partnership with.    The rolesare employed with basic salary of between £36,000 -  £44,000per annum DOE and negotiable.   The OTE for the role is £75,000 - £95,000 DOE Negotiable although over achievement will obviously result in higher earnings.
