  Who are we and what we do….   We are part of Embrace Financial Services, which has existed in Exeter since 1989 in various different guises.   We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative within our Mortgage Progression Team.   Mortgage Progression provides specialist management of mortgage and life assurance products for Top Performing Advisors. The benefit to the sales force is that customers’ mortgages are proactively progressed through to completion by specialist sales support staff thereby enabling the advisors to move on to the next sale with confidence.   Role Profile   Role purpose: To proactively manage Mortgage/Protection applications through to Exchange and Completion. To provide support and resolution to customer enquiries.   Relationships: Working on a team of support consultants, you will be required to build good relationships with customers, Financial Advisors, your team members, our panel of lenders, Aviva and Conveyancing Firms. Internal staff relationships will include estate agency staff and other internal Departments across all LSL EAD Brands.   Behaviours: Striving to achieve, productive, team player, customer focused, dependable, flexible, and reliable.   Competencies: Able to demonstrate organisation and time management skills, Proven excellent customer service skills, knowledge and/or understanding of Financial Services/Estate Agency, Excellent Telephone Manner.   Targets: Deliver quality service to all customers whilst managing a pipeline of circa 200 customers.   Benefits and General Information   Whilst having a background of working within an office environment is advantageous, full training will be provided and so we are also keen to speak to candidates who have worked within a variety of sectors including retail, hospitality and call centre - Salary: £19,000 to £20,000 per annum - Basic Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Team covers the hours between 08.30 am to 17:30 pm Monday to Friday. Mortgage Advisor - Nottingham - Hybrid   PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced, suitably qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a large 250+ Advisor Firm partnered with PRIMIS Mortgage Network. Mortgage Advisor - Filey, Scarborough & Bridlington   PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced, suitably qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a large 250+ Advisor Firm partnered with PRIMIS Mortgage Network. The partner firm is plc owned and the largest firm within the vast 930 strong PRIMIS Mortgage Network operation.   PRIMIS and our owners LSL Property Services plc have long term contracted relationships with many high profile Estate Agency businesses nationwide to include names such as Hunters, CJ Hole, Martin & Co, Your Move, Reeds Rains, Parkers, Whitegates, Intercounty, Lauristons, Davis Tate, Thomas Morris and Marsh & Parsons   The estate agency partner for this role is - Hunters Estate Agency covering all 3 branches in Filey, Scarborough & Bridlington   We are keen to recruit an employed Mortgage and Protection advisor to be employed by our firm to support our contracted Estate Agency partners - We do this eitherface to face or with a hybrid working arrangement where the advisor would be partially working from home and partially face to face in the Estate Agency branch.   The roles are employed with a base salary of between £28,000 and £35,000 with an ote of £75,000 + although we have advisors earning significantly more.   Benefits are commensurate of that of a plc organisation and include share save schemes, DIS to 10x, employee exclusive discounts and more..   We are happy to discuss underwrites to earnings whilst new starters build their pipelines.
