Property Manager / Case Handler – Immediate Start   An exciting opportunity to work for LSL Property Services PLC, one of the UK's largest Property Management companies. LSL Property Services PLC is a leading provider of residential services to its customer groups, offering services including estate agency, lettings, surveying and mortgage advice.   The Corporate Client Department is currently looking for team members who have excellent customer service skills and the ability to plan and manage their own diary. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and provide solutions, not problems, for Clients. Full training is provided but you will need a good level of keyboard skills as we use Microsoft Office and our own computer based case management system. Previous property experience is not essential; however it may be an advantage.   Role Purpose: As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing a range of properties and their marketing through to sale to a new owner, as well as managing third party suppliers who provide services for your properties e.g. Estate Agents, Maintenance Contractors, Surveyors.
