Role Purpose:Responsible for the oversight and management of the Learning Management Systems (LMS) which includes development, coordination and delivery of both the initial and annual testing programme for Employees, Brokers, Administrators and Principals across the business and to work using own initiative, utilising a solution focused approach alongside supporting the ownership of the annual CPD requirement for the Business. Key Accountabilities of the role:Support the design and delivery of innovative E-Learning or digital products as well as other online resource tools.Update and amend existing digital content as required.Storyboard content for creation of E-learning modules.Creation of engaging digital assets (animated videos, interactive modules etc) to support the business.Coordination and collaboration with colleagues and 3rd parties (where appropriate) to share knowledge and methodologies.Full maintenance and audits of the Learning Management Systems. This includes management of leavers, new starters, maternity leave and transfers. Also included, assignment of initial and annual testing for wider group staff, full records up to date for CPD and management structures. Research on learning technologies, LMS and advancements made in E-learning.Identify trends arising from wider business functions to support improvements in training content and outputsSupport the development of appropriate validation, assessment and sign off processes to evidence all Training initiatives Ideal Experience and Knowledge:Experience working with Learning Management Systems Proven ability of translating training needs into actionable training initiativesAbility to work confidently and comfortably both independently and in a collaborative group settingStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersExperience or knowledge of the Financial Services industry is desirableDemonstrative ability of using authoring tools, specifically Articulate storylinePrior experience of online training delivery, E-learning and working with an LMSExperienced in Microsoft Office suite of software including Excel.
