Based within our Chippenham Offices - SN14 (and Home) we are looking to recruit an experienced Mortgage & Protection Reviewer in our Customer Outcomes Team (Compliance). The role is partial home working and partial office based in Chippenham with 3 days home and 2 days in the office. PRIMIS Mortgage Network prides itself in supporting Mortgage and Protection advisory experts in delivering the very best in quality customer service. Through an effective and efficient service of high quality tailored advice, we believe our customers should receive a service that they want to go back to again and again. The objective of this role will be to support the Head of Customer Outcomes with effective management of risk via the First Line of defence through review of member files for suitability of advice, in line with PRIMIS guidance and Service Level Standards. In order to fulfil this - the role holder will amongst other duties review allocated cases to assess suitability of advice and adherence to TCF principles, recording activity and outcomes in line with departmental standards and SLA’s. You will build positive, beneficial relationships with Advisors through regular contact and feedback provided to them and report any breaches of  PRIMIS and FCA standard through the correct channels. The successful candidate will have a strong analytical ability and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
