We are looking for an Assistant Website Marketing Manager to join our Estate Agency Marketing team in York.
As the Assistant Website Marketing Manager you will deliver digital marketing activities for the Your Move and Reeds Rains Estate Agency brands for all franchisees as well as supporting the wider Estate Agency brands including LetCo and Homefast.
You will work alongside the SEO Manager, Website Designer and Website Marketing Manager, providing insight, data and implementation support to deliver meaningful changes to the Estate Agency websites.

Main Accountabilities & Key Objectives:
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage and improve the performance of paid search and remarketing campaigns by owning the media agency relationship.
- Work with the brand team to produce landing pages to support marketing activities such as social media advertising and canvassing campaigns to achieve desired outcomes including valuation requests and competition entries.
- Full ownership and management of web chat functionality across Your Move & Reeds Rains websites.
Customer Account Area Management & Optimisation
- Oversee the customer account areas, MyMove, RR//Online and Homefast Online, including working alongside the Website Marketing Executive to understand any customer pain points and issue
- Working alongside the Website Designer, recommending changes that will improve the customer experience using data and insigh
- Working with the Website Marketing Manager, formulate and manage through changes that will integrate with other EA systems including the internal CRM and other owned platforms
Analysis
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to track digital marketing campaigns
- Provide detailed monthly and quarterly results
- Perform traffic analysis and identify customer journeys, trends and opportunities for Your Move and Reeds Rains.
Experience, Qualifications, and Requirements:
- Excellent working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Minimum 3+ years of digital marketing experience with PPC experience essential
- Ability to troubleshoot, identify patterns, and generate new approaches to reporting
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong data creation, analysis and interpretation skills
- Solid understanding of web analytics implementation throughout websites and applications, and performing quality checks to ensure tracking and reporting is correct
- Extreme attention to details and outstanding organisational skill
- Self-starter, highly motivated to excel with minimal supervision
