An exciting opportunity has arisen within the LSL Estate Agency Franchise division, based within the Client Accounts offices in Chorley. 

 

Join the team as an Accounts Clerk, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving to play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and providing outstanding service to our clients.

 

Working as an Accounts Clerk you will receive; 

  • Salary of £23,400

  • 37.5 hours per week contract. Core hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5:00pm.
  • Hybrid working available once training is completed

The main accountabilities of the role will include:

  • Allocate cash on tenant accounts
  • Process tenant refunds
  • Manage service switches
  • Update customer bank details
  • Raise fees and prepare landlord breakdowns
  • Handle calls and emails from landlords, tenants, and franchisees
  • Problem solve and manage challenging situations effectively
  • Terminate tenancies and manage related tasks

To be successful in this role you will need to be Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Word and Excel. You will also have Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
