An opportunity has arisen within the Estate Agency Franchising Division of LSL Property Services plc for a Receptionist within the Facilities Management Department.

 

As an Receptionist you will use your knowledge and skills to carry out Reception and a small amount of administrative duties with accuracy and to support the provision and delivery of services to colleagues.

 

Working as a Receptionist, you will receive;

  • Basic salary of £24,000
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Answering and redirecting incoming calls
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
  • Dealing with courier deliveries and requests
  • Arranging meeting room requests and lunch ordering
  • Managing colleague travel requests, booking travel, hotel, and hire cars
  • Keeping access building passes updated
  • Invoice processing for activities as above

Key experience

  • Experience working within a reception environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as alone.
