Job Profile

The PX Hub is a fast growing division of LSL property services who provide asset management services across the UK property industry for a variety of clients including House Builders and property disposal companies. 

 

Located at our office in NG6 which gives great access to J26 of the M1 and the tram network along with a modern working environment.  We are now looking to recruit a Client Advisor to our On Market team. 

 

Our role is to sell properties utilising either Assisted Move or PX schemes as well as those bought in by our disposal clients as investments. We utilise high street agents on the ground to help us achieve an efficient service from start to finish.

 

Working as a Client Advisor, you will receive;

  • Basic Salary £23,400
  • £27,900 OTE

The key responsibilities of a Client Advisor are;

  • To manage a portfolio of properties instructed to the market to the point of an agreed sale before handing over to the sales progression team.
  • To monitor and manage the performance of the local marketing estate agents and suppliers to ensure the efficient marketing of properties to achieve a sale agreed within a quick timescale.
  • To deliver targets and excellent service to both clients and colleagues to ensure the reputation of The PX Hub grows and develops 
  • To ensure the timely marketing of all property instructions
  • To carry out AML checks on all beneficial owners of the property before commencing marketing and on all buyers before sale agreeing
  • To ensure the property has an up to date EPC certificate to enable the marketing agents to comply with current legislation
  • To deal with additional service request for clients including ordering Home Buyer/RICS Reports/Scottish Home Reports/EPC’s according to client requirements
  • Liaise with the local estate agents to ensure empty properties are inspected on a weekly basis and chase any necessary reports including vacation reports
  • To consistently complete work to agreed standards and undertake other tasks within the unit if required.
  • To work towards individual and team targets

What we are looking for in a Client Advisor;

  • Experience within the property/new build industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
  • Work planning and organisation skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work to defined policies and procedures

Additional Information

  • Full time hours are preferred, but we welcome applications from candidates looking for part time hours. This is a  permanent contract and you should be flexible to work within the department operational hours which are Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.30pm.
  • 1 in 3 Saturday’s & Sunday’s to be worked with it being taken as Time off in lieu or overtime payment. Bank holiday working is also required as per a rota.

  • Location – Whilst in probation you will be working full time from our office in Bulwell and then after sign off you will have the option to work on a hybrid basis of 4 days in the office and 1 day at home.
