Commissions Consultant / Customer Service Advisor

Part of LSL Property Services plc, PRIMIS Mortgage Network are a market leading Mortgage Network within the Financial Service sector. Based within our Chippenham offices located on the Methuen Business Park in Chippenham, we are looking to recruit a Commissions Consultant into our business on a Full Time Permanent basis.

The role is either part home based and part office based or full office - fully remote working is not available with this role

The Commissions Consultant and the Customer Service role are to provide world class support to partner mortgage advisory firms on all financial aspects of their contract with PRIMIS, facilitate payment to Network Appointed Representative Firms (ARs), whilst reconciling payments received from all Lenders and Product Providers on the Network panel.  Apply relevant charges to the partner firms in line with their contracts.

The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be skilled with Microsoft office and in particular Excel, have previous administrative / data entry experience and be able to offer truly World Class service to our partner firms.

Activities / Duties -

• Communicate with advisers, both via phone and e-mail, regarding all aspects of their payments and any commission queries
• Liaise with other departments within the Network to ensure quality service is provided to AR’s
• Strive to deliver World Class Service to our AR’s and internal customers
• Support Suspense clearance and commission reconciliation in the Toolbox platform
• Perform scheduled tasks as set out by the Manager outside of day to day queries
• Produce scheduled and Ad Hoc MI for AR’s and other departments
• Contribute towards the development, maintenance and testing of any new systems and processes as appropriate
• Any other duties as determined by the Broker Services Manager

The role is based on the Methuen Business Park in Chippenham SN14 with the hours being 9 – 5 Mon - Fri and is either full office based or a mix between home and office.

Starting salary - £23,400
