LSL is a leading provider of estate agency franchise services in the UK, boasting a network spanning over 300 territories. We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Project Manager based in our Newcastle upon Tyne head office.

This pivotal position within the LSL Estate Agency Franchise Division requires someone who thrives on delivering strategic IT, finance, and business change projects and initiatives. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the Group to support the development and delivery of our existing IT control framework.

As the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include

• Managing and delivering specific change initiatives and thematic reviews
• Establishing strong working relationships with senior stakeholders,
• Contributing insights to IT, business change, and finance meetings to drive collaboration across the LSL Group.

You'll also play a key role in monitoring and assessing risks associated with the provision of IT services and continuously evaluating changes in technology to make recommendations for improvements or cost savings.

We're looking for someone with a demonstrated structured change management approach and other key skill required include:

• The ability to work independently and prioritise complex workloads
• Excellent communication skills
• A degree level education or relevant business experience
• At least 5 years' experience as a project professional
• Experience in large, commercial multi-site businesses, regulated industries, or franchise/licensed businesses would be highly desirable.

While the role is ideally based in our Newcastle office, we're open to considering hybrid working arrangements, with at least 3 days spent in Newcastle.
