Reeds Rains are looking to recruit a Valuer / Lister into our branch in Dartford on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Valuation Manager working at Reeds Rains you will receive:

• £30,000 - £40,000 on target earnings (OTE) per annum, made up of a competitive basic salary and uncapped commission

In the role of a Valuation Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Sales instructions within the branch by:

• Generating and conducting Sale Valuation appointments
• Winning and securing new instructions on properties to sell
• Business Prospecting and proactive activity
• Extensive local market knowledge and networking
• Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Displaying excellent customer service at all times

Ideally you will have experience working in the Estate Agency sector but we also welcome applications from target driven sales professionals who are looking for a career within Estate Agency. 

A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle is essential.
