Your Move are looking to recruit an Accompanied Viewer for our estate agency branch in Wigton on a part time, flexible basis - approximately 15 / 20 hours per week.

Working as an Accompanied Viewer at Your Move you will receive:

In the role of an Accompanied Viewer you will:

• Accompany our clients on viewings of properties to sell or rent in line with Company guidelines.
• Pro-actively promote the benefits of the property to the client.
• Relay feedback to branch colleagues after viewings have been conducted
• Conduct Routine inspections of our Rental properties

It is essential that you must be able to work Saturdays and have flexibility with extra weekday hours according to business requirements. You will display excellent customer service, and be a confident communicator, with exceptional organisational skills and excel in time management.

 A full UK driving license and access to your vehicle is essential.
