We have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Control Coordinator to join the Your Move Property Management Centre in Southampton 


This is the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to take the next step in their career. 

You will be responsible for;

  • Monitoring & providing performance and quality assurance feedback
  • Analysing and provide information for updating controls to processes
  • Providing in depth view of the procedural trends, and required improvements
  • Providing management information for team development, promptly when requested
  • Diary management
  • Compiling data to create reports
  • Undertaking Quality Audits against agreed standards & legislation
  • Follow Service Operational Procedures, highlight areas of non-compliance and recommend actions
  • Document and share feedback with Hub Teams and Network Branches

Previous compliance and quality assurance experience is essential and you must be able to demonstrate organisation, prioritisation and planning skills and have a methodical and analytical nature


Previous Property Management or Lettings experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. On-going training and support is also given to encourage our colleagues to progress within their careers
