We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Your Move Property Management Centre in Southampton 


This is the perfect opportunity for a Lettings Professional to take their next step in their career. 

You will be responsible for;

  • Daily, Weekly, monthly planning and distribution of work across the Department, ensuring prioritisation of urgent jobs.
  • Assist with the delivery of the Departmental objectives and KPI's.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction levels and perception of department are enhanced and maintained via all areas of correspondence
  • Ensure Team adhere to industry legislative requirements
  • Provide support and resolution to Customer & Branch enquiries
  • Complete 121s, annual appraisals and coaching to improve performance
  • Collate and analyse team MI and act on trends identified

Previous Property Management or Lettings experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. On-going training and support is also given to encourage our colleagues to progress within their careers


You should however, be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and experience working with internal and external customers and have proven experience of managing teams of people.  Complaint resolution and root cause analysis will form part of your role and so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must have along with the ability to analyse data and mitigate risk.
