We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join the Your Move Property Management Centre in Southampton
This is the perfect opportunity for a Lettings Professional to take their next step in their career.
You will be responsible for;
Previous Property Management or Lettings experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. On-going training and support is also given to encourage our colleagues to progress within their careers
You should however, be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and experience working with internal and external customers and have proven experience of managing teams of people. Complaint resolution and root cause analysis will form part of your role and so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must have along with the ability to analyse data and mitigate risk.
