We are looking to recruit a Full Time Lettings / Maintenance Co-ordinator to work within our established Property Management Centre in Bathgate..

Key Responsibilities

• Working in a small team arranging maintenance repairs.
• Liaising between tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure all repairs are carried out.
• Processing and submitting invoices.
• Following up the process of routine inspection reports.
• Diary management

You must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service ability within a high pressured environment, as well as good communication, negotiation and organisational skills.

Previous property management experience is not essential as training will be given however previous customer service and administration experience would be beneficial.

Salary and Benefits

• £18,525 basic salary 
• Monday to Friday, no weekends (Monday –Thursday 9am-5.30pm , Friday 9am to  5pm)
