Your Move are looking for a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our estate agency branch in Sunderland on a full time or part time, permanent basis.

As a Negotiator working at Your Move you will receive:

• £20,000 to £22,000 on target earnings (OTE) per annum
• Basic salary of £17,500 plus monthly commission pay
• Guaranteed Commission pay for the first 6 months of employment

In the role of a Negotiator you will: 

• Register Customers and carry out property matches
• Generate and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between all parties
• Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
• Display excellent customer service at all times  

Industry experience is preferred but not essential, however as a minimum you will need to evidence previous targeted sales experience, and have the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
