Job Profile

LSL Property Services plc is a leading provider of residential property services in three key markets: financial services, estate agency, and surveying and valuation services.

We are currently looking to recruit an HR Advisor on a 12 month fixed term basis for a period of maternity cover within our Estate Agency Division HR Team. 

Reporting into the HR Business Partner, the role holder will manage all HR queries and issue escalations via a combination of communication channels. They will provide accurate, expert HR advice to Line Managers across the Estate Agency Division, supporting the HR Business Partner and the various management teams. The role holder will cover all aspects of HR ranging from basic absence and probationary issues to full case management of complex employee relations matters, helping to support our people plan initiatives and producing management MI.

The successful candidate will have a previous record of working within a busy, customer–focused, operational HR team and will ideally be CIPD qualified (or working towards)

  • able to receive, understand and convey information in a clear and accurate manner
  • able to make strategic decisions utilising your understanding of company needs and the overall business approach.
  • computer literate with a comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages. 


We will offer hybrid working with some time spent each week in our Newcastle based Head Office, there may also be nationwide travel on occasion due to the nature of the role.
