We now have an opportunity to join the IT Operations Team as an IT Administrator (Asset and procurement).
Reporting into Lee Hickman (Head of IT Operations) responsibilities will include:
IT Asset Management:
To provide the oversight and guidance in developing, implementing and operating the asset management lifecycle process for the IT estate. It is key that all IT assets (hardware, software, telecoms) are understood, managed and kept up to date by all IT members, including the upkeep of the necessary stock of IT items.
To administer all procurement for IT, ensuring that all transactions adhere to the governance of the IT procurement process. This includes working within the delegated authority rules and checking that all transactions have the necessary approvals. Building and maintaining good relationships with IT vendors is an important part of the role.
