New Homes Sales Negotiator

 

Principle Objective

  • To deliver sales across the New Homes Department’s instructions
  • To secure appointments for pitch opportunities to be carried out by the Sales Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet daily minimum performance standards in viewings, financial services leads, conveyancing leads
  • Meet weekly net sales performance targets
  • Meet monthly exchange performance targets
  • Pro actively canvass for new opportunities.
  • Cold calling and approaching land owners and architects in regard to planning applications.
  • Preparing canvass leads for review with line manager
  • Uphold company standards in presentation, punctuality and accountability

Requirements

·       Computer Literate

·       Proficient in use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and Power point.

  • Able to use company data-base and department diary (Aspasia)
  • Land Registry software
  • Companies House software
  • Financial appraisal software.

Skills

·       Ability to work in a target driven environment.

·       An organised and methodical approach.

  • Ability to prioritise
