Goodfellows Estate Agents are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Administrator to be based within our Cheam branch to assist with the lettings process of all the Goodfellows branches.
With over 30 years in the business, we have a proven track record of success and we genuinely care about the world of property.
The successful Administrator will carry out a variation of administrative tasks such as terminating tenancies, preparation of invoices, tenancy contracts, compliance checks, deposit registration and welcome packs.
We ask that you are pro-active, flexible in your approach, well organised with solid administration experience ideally gained within Estate Agency.
