Property Data Analyst

e.surv is looking for a Data Analyst to join the Propositions Directorate.  We are seeking an experienced analytics professional who will ideally have knowledge of the UK residential property market.

 

The Role

 

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the business to provide data analytics to enable insight, process improvement and product development opportunities.
  • Interface with product development leaders to determine requirements and anticipate future needs that cultivates long-standing relationships with cross functional teams.
  • Data lead for valuation product development and process improvements.
  • Develop data management processes and infrastructure to efficiently source and integrate multiple internal/external data sources to increase the value of data to e.surv.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts to identify, source and organise internal and external datasets into useable formats whilst cleansing data to ensure data quality is achieved and maintained.
  • Develop, implement and maintain residential property databases. Manage master data including creation, updates and deletion.
  • Generate information and insights from datasets to identify trends and patterns.
  • Preparing reports for senior management and project teams. Creating visualisations of data and training end users on new reports and dashboards.

 

Experience

  • 4+ years experience working in delivering product, process or data analytics.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines with a focus on analytical methods.
  • Proven technical experience in data storage structures, data mining and data cleansing.
  • Experience and expertise with Azure Databricks, SQL, Python and BI tools including Power BI.
  • Proven success as an analyst. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Client facing experience, or the ability to communicate and transfer data findings into actional recommendations, process improvements and product developments.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse set of stakeholders at multiple levels.
