Part of LSL Property Services plc, Your Move and Reeds Rains are two of the most recognisable estate agency brands within the property industry. Our Residential Lettings business is going from strength to strength and our Property Management Centre in Southampton is playing a vital part in supporting the business growth.

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a number of Customer Service Executives to join our team within our Southampton centre.  This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment with an industry leading business.

 

As a Customer Service Executive working within our Property Management Centre you can expect to carry out the following duties on a day to day basis:

  • Make and receive inbound and outbound calls to and from our landlords, tenants, contractors and our branch network.
  • Arrange and organise property maintenance for existing tenants whose properties may need repair.
  • Schedule engineers where required to carry out gas and electrical inspections.
  • Manage our customers’ expectations thoroughly throughout all processes.
  • Manage queries in relation to contracts and tenancy agreements from tenants, landlords and out branch network.
  • Produce inventories and deal with end of agreement queries such as the return of deposits.
  • Handle computer-based tasks and data entry responsibilities, ensuring all information inputted onto the system is completed with high levels of accuracy.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with all customers both internal and external.

To progress your application, you must have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent Customer Service.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload.
  • Computer literate with the ability to navigate around different systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to work on your own as well as within a team.
  • Pro-active and progressive attitude

Previous Property Management or Lettings experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided. On-going training and support is also given to encourage our colleagues to progress within their careers.
