Goodfellows Estate Agents in Morden are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join the highly successful team and provide a first class professional property management service to landlords and tenants.
The role involves assessing maintenance issues and liaising with relevant contractors in order to resolve the problem; managing problems arising from tenancies; arranging and carrying out property inspections; managing tenancy returns; booking checkouts; checking invoices against works orders; managing tenancy renewals; preparing notices to be issued to tenants; undertaking relevant administration associated with the role.
The candidate should have/possess a minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Property Manager; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate accurately and concisely; confident telephone manner; good personal presentation and conduct; good organisational skills, good administration skills; ability to build relationships and ability to remain calm under pressure and good problem solving skills.
