    Intercounty Estate Agents are looking to recruit a Senior Lettings Negotiator for their branch in Braintree. 

     

    They are looking for an ambitious, open minded individual with a minimum of 18 months Estate Agency experience to join the team and play an active part in the continued success of the Residential Lettings Team.  In return the individual will be supported with personal development and training opportunities.

     

    Intercounty Estate & Lettings Agents have a number of offices in the South East serving the local communities of Bishop’s Stortford, Stansted, Saffron Walden, Dunmow, Royston. Intercounty pride themselves on the understanding that employees make a difference and all employees have a responsibility for the future success of the business.

     

    Key responsibilities within the role will be to secure maximum quality viewings, valuations, instructions and financial services appointments and up-sell the Property Managed service; identify and properly register potential tenants and landlords; undertake viewings; manage withdrawals and save instructions through negotiation and management of client expectations; instruct and liaise with approved contractors; provide landlords with progress reports.

     

    The individual should be/possess a minimum of 18 months Lettings experience; possess a valid UK driving licence; good personal presentation and conduct; confident and professional telephone manner; ability to build effective relationships; strong negotiation and influencing skills.
