    Embrace Mortgage Services are looking to recruit an experienced Protection Consultant for our Your Move & Reeds Rains Estates agency branches across the North West Region.


    Embrace Mortgage Services are part of LSL Property Services Plc, offering mortgage & protection advice, priding themselves on offering a tailored service to suit the personal circumstances of their customers.


    The requirement is for a pro-active, talented, organised professional to support the Embrace brand to maximise the sale of Aviva Life products.  This role provides a superb opportunity for a protection professional looking to progress their career.


    Key responsibilities within the role will be to:

    • Progress the sale of Aviva Life products
    • Ensure compliance with Financial Service Advisory regulations
    • Administer sales in accordance with Company policies and procedures
    • Provide a high level of customer service in line with Best Advice principles
    • Maintain knowledge of products, legislation and selling rules for financial products
    • Operate in a targeted sales driven environment

    The individual should be/possess:

    • A minimum of 12 months’ Protection consultancy experience
    • Knowledge of Aviva Life products (preferred)
    • Knowledge of Financial Services industry
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a target driven environment
    • Good negotiation and influence skills
    • Ability to build relationships and operate as part of a team
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills with an excellent telephone manner
    • Customer focused
    • A valid UK driving licence
    • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Excellent personal presentation and conduct
