The Corporate Client Department is currently looking for team members who have excellent customer service skills and the ability to plan and manage their own diary. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and provide solutions, not problems, for Clients.
Full training is provided but you will need a good level of keyboard skills as we use Microsoft Office and our own computer based case management system. Previous property experience is not essential, however it may be an advantage.

Monday-Friday Hours: 09:00-17:30
The primary function of this role is to progress the sales (including any related sales behind them) of mainly New Build properties, where a buyer has already been found ensuring these sales proceed through to completion.
As you would expect, exceptional Customer Service is highly crucial in this role, as is the need to build a rapport with those you deal with enabling you to influence the direction of the sale.
