    The Corporate Client Department is currently looking for team members who have excellent customer service skills and the ability to plan and manage their own diary. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and provide solutions, not problems, for Clients.

    Full training is provided but you will need a good level of keyboard skills as we use Microsoft Office and our own computer based case management system. Previous property experience is not essential, however it may be an advantage.

    Monday-Friday Hours: 09:00-17:30

    Role Purpose:

    The primary function of this role is to progress the sales (including any related sales behind them) of mainly New Build properties, where a buyer has already been found ensuring these sales proceed through to completion.

    As you would expect, exceptional Customer Service is highly crucial in this role, as is the need to build a rapport with those you deal with enabling you to influence the direction of the sale.

    Further responsibilities include:

    • Liaising with purchasers, solicitors, estate agents and financial service representatives as necessary to progress the sale
    • Maintaining regular contact with estate agents and/or site offices across the Country
    • Making sure properties are maintained, where applicable, and all costs are accounted for
    • Keeping the client updated

    Technical Skills/Competencies/Behaviours:

    • Ideally, but not essential, Estate Agency experience
    • Proven customer service skills
    • Ability to prioritise own workload
    • Excellent IT and communication skills
    • Problem solving skills

    Benefits/General Information:

    • (£18,000 rising to £18,780)
    • Monday-Friday, 9-5.30 (no weekends or evenings)
    • 20 days holiday entitlement, plus Bank Holidays (increases by 1 day per calendar year of service until reaching the 25 day cap)
