    LSL Land and New Homes are an expanding business, seeking individuals to help deliver the results to reach our aim of being a market leader within the new homes industry.

      

    We are currently looking to recruit a Weekend New Homes Sales Executive for a leading developer on a site in Hull

     

    Our Sales Executives are at the heart of ensuring our 5* service is delivered to every customer that visits our sites.  Joining us as a Sales Executive, means you will support and guide each customer throughout the buying process. You will be the key point of contact for each client calling, emailing or visiting the centre, first impressions are key so it’s crucial you get the service right first time and every time.

     

    A background in sales / retail / marketing or any role that involves high value products with a clear understanding of commercial KPIs would demonstrate suitability for this role. Any previous role that demonstrates flare and vision, coupled with strong problem solving/design skills would give an advantage. Communication and relationship building skills are imperative and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate significant strength in this area.

     

    The ideal candidate will have sharp eye for upselling to creating further business opportunities. Cross demogragraphic communication, influencing skills and a natural sales ability is critical. You will be liaising with customers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, site staff and estate agents in sometimes pressurised situations so problem solving under pressure is fundamental. Previous experience in this industry is not necessary as full and ongoing training will be provided. Working on your own on a day to day basis is part of the role, so experience and a preference of working in a ‘remote’ fashion is preferred, but you will have support and interaction with other team members  from across the region.

     

    You will support and guide the clients through the buying process including personal design and choices right through to completion, so you must be able to continue a quality relationships throughout. A full driving licence is essential.

    Ideally you love assuming accountability and ownership for your performance and development. You will play an active role in working together to achieve your team’s success and taking pride in helping family’s move into there forever homes.
