    Customer Service Consultant

    The Corporate Client Department is currently looking for team members who have excellent customer service skills and the ability to plan and manage their own diary. You will have excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and provide solutions, not problems, for Clients. Full training is provided but you will need a good level of keyboard skills as we use Microsoft Office and our own computer based case management system. Previous property experience is not essential; however it may be an advantage.

    Hours:

    Monday-Friday Hours:  09:00-17:30

     

    Role Purpose: 

    As part of this role, you will be responsible for managing a range of properties and their marketing through to sale to a new owner, as well as managing third party suppliers who provide services for your properties e.g. Estate Agents, Maintenance Contractors, Surveyors.

     

    Further responsibilities include:

    • Reviewing third party reports, collating information and providing sound recommendations to Clients
    • Working out the most appropriate marketing plans for the properties you are managing
    • Negotiating best offers with Estate Agents
    • Liaising with Estate Agents and Solicitors once a sale is agreed, through to completion
    • Making sure properties are maintained and all costs are accounted for

    Technical Skills/Competencies/Behaviours:

    • Proven customer service skills
    • Ability to prioritise own workload
    • Administration
    • Good level of keyboard skills

    Benefits/General Information:

    • (£18,000 rising to £18,780)
    • Monday-Friday, 9-5.30 (no weekends or evenings)
    • 20 days holiday entitlement, plus Bank Holidays (increases by 1 day per calendar year of service until reaching the 25 day cap)
