Support Analyst - IT Helpdesk
LSL Property Services plc is a leading provider of residential property services, operating in two principle segments; Estate Agency and related services and Surveying and Valuation services.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's largest most innovative and award winning property services providers. Working within our busy Group IT Support division we are looking to recruit an experienced Support Analyst to provide effective and efficient IT support to all LSL employees, franchises and Corporate Clients.
Based within our Head Office on Newcastle Business Park - Newcastle upon Tyne, you will ensure all issues and queries are managed and handled professionally, accurately and in a timely manner. Working within agreed SLA’s you will ensure correct support and procedures are followed, portraying a confident approach to users and colleagues.
The successful candidate must have previous experience within a similar role and have a thorough understanding and awareness of IT Procedures. You will have previously provided Help Desk support and be confident in maintaining a professional relationship with all business functions. A good understanding of 3rd party SLA’s and escalation points is also essential. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment, whilst remaining calm under pressure; you will be an effective communicator with good interpersonal skills and have the ability to work to well as part of a team.
Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Active Directory, Outlook / Exchange, MS Office
Full training on all LSL be-spoke systems will be provided
