    Goodfellows Estate Agents are looking for a Sales Negotiator to be based in their Raynes Park branch.

     

    The requirement is for pro-active and organised individual who is able to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst maintaining excellent client care at all times. The candidate must be determined, enthusiastic possess a "can do" attitude with a minimum of 12 months’ Residential Sales experience in Estate Agency.

     

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Identify potential buyers and secure maximum quality viewings, market appraisals/valuations and financial service appointments and conveyancing leads
    • Achieve sales performance targets
    • Negotiate offers to the satisfaction of the client
    • Qualify potential buyers who make an offer with regard to their chain situation and financial position
    • Register enquiries, arrange appointments and undertake viewings
    • Canvass and undertake leaflet drops, marketing of properties
    • Comply with all relevant legislation as it affects the residential sales operation

    The individual should have a minimum of 12 months Residential Sales experience; be extremely customer focused; possess good interpersonal skills and personal presentation with a valid UK driving licence and live within a commutable distance of their Raynes Park branches.
