    First2Protect Insurance, part of the LSL group and finalists in Mortgage Strategy Awards Broker of the year 2017, are based in modern offices in Southernhay, central Exeter. With over 100 employees, and 70,000 customers insured through us, we have seen significant growth in recent years, creating ongoing opportunities due to internal promotions.


    We are always looking for people who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and exceeding people’s expectations, whilst providing professional insurance advice. Positions are available in both new business and customer service roles.


    No Experience Required:


    No previous experience is required as your first 5 weeks will be in our academy, learning our products, processes and gaining the skills to deliver the level of service our customers expect. Once you leave the academy, support from your team leader and the training team is ongoing.
