    PA Support to Financial Consultant

     

    Basic Salary of £20k with a £4,000 bonus opportunity

      

    We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant / PA to support the busy Financial Consultant in Reeds Rains Estate Agency Branch in Rhyl.

     

    Your responsibilities will include pre and post sales administration for both Mortgage & Protection applications, the booking of warm leads produced by the Estate Agency Team, but also be able to find and book leads from all areas of the business.  There will also be other ad hoc administrative duties to support the Mortgage Advisor.

     

    The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills in a sales / customer focused environment, be really well organised and be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail. You will be a pro-active individual with the ability to work using your own initiative. You will be an effective communicator with confident interpersonal skills. Ideally you will have previously worked within a financial services / sales environment and have a keen desire to continue and develop your career within this industry.
