LSL Property Services Plc is a leading provider of Property Services within the UK. We have a number of Financial Service business' that are Appointed Representative Networks within the sector. Based within our Solihull offices we are looking to recruit an experienced Marketing Operations Manager for our Networks, Personal Touch and Primis.
The prime objective of this role is to manage the marketing operations team spanning marketing campaigns, communications and financial promotions to drive efficiencies and effective outputs to achieve KPIs in line with the wider marketing and corporate business strategy.
The role holder will recruit, develop and retain a high performing marketing operations team to provide service excellence to all customer groups to drive business growth and profit maximisation, with clear succession plans across the team. In conjunction with the Marketing Director, they will amongst other duties develop and deliver a marketing operations strategy to achieve the team’s objectives.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with previous experience of coaching, developing and managing a team. You will be a confident networker and have the ability to influence, manage and develop Stakeholder relationships.
The successful candidate must have strong knowledge of regulatory requirements of financial promotions and detailed knowledge of the intermediary market in financial services. You must therefore have current or previous experience within a Financial Services environment and have a minimum of 4 years experience of managing a marketing or promotions team within the industry. You will have CIM Level 6 and/or equivalent related degree and ideally be Cemap or equivalent qualified.
