    The Office Coordinator is the first point of contact for many who interact with Marsh & Parsons and is responsible for ensuring that the first impression is an exemplary representation of the experience they will go on to receive. The Office Coordinator will ensure the smooth running of both the Sales & Lettings departments in their allocated office and support both teams daily. The role will ensure you provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

     

    The role will comprise both Front of House duties, ensuring a warm welcome to all those that visit or phone into the office, as well as administration duties. This will involve, but is not limited to, maintaining our property databases, managing stationery orders, assisting in the Lettings and Sales processes, coordinating with external contractors, as well as liaising with our marketing team to produce specific marketing material for your office and area.

     

    Working with a variety of people daily, it is essential to establish long lasting relationships. Our brand is always known for its impeccable customer service and delivering an exceptional experience.
